JFK 50 Mile Home Site

The overall and team results from the 46th Annual JFK 50 Mile held this past November 22, 2008 are now official. 927 official finishers braved sub-freezing temperatures to beat the official 12-hour (7:00 a.m. starters) and 14-hour (5:00 a.m.) time-limits. Congratulations are due to everyone who had the courage to attempt this challenging and historic event.

The 47th Annual JFK 50 Mile has been scheduled for November 21, 2009, the traditional Saturday before Thanksgiving date. The 2008 JFK 50 mile filled in 22-days, we expect the 2009 JFK 50 Mile to fill even quicker. Entry procedures and pertinent information on the 2009 JFK 50 Mile will be available here on July 1, 2009.

If you know of anyone -- who doesn't have access to the internet --that needs 2008 results and/or 2009 entry information mailed to them, they can contact the CVAC for standard mailing of those items at:

Hopefully this new format will allow more useful information to be shared with the JFK 50 mile community. I hope to introduce a few more features to enhance the site and help make the overall event more pleasurable.
